重睑术后并发体象障碍的影响因素分析OA

Objective Explore the factors that affect the occurrence of body image disorders in patients after double eyelid surgery and targeted intervention strategies.Methods Using the simple random sampling method,110 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery at Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The self-assessment questionnaire of body image psychological status was used for investigation.Patients with body image disorders were classified as the body image disorder group(80 cases),and those without body image disorders were classified as the non-disorder group(30 cases).Univariate analysis and multivariate regression analysis were conducted to identify the influencing factors of body image disorders after double eyelid surgery.Results Age,history of plastic surgery,unpleasant evaluations,the situation of friends'plastic surgery,and comparison of appearance with others were significant factors for body image disorders in patients after double eyelid surgery(P<0.05);Taking age,gender,unpleasant evaluations,attention to beauty by friends,surrounding plastic surgery situation,magazine and media situation as independent variables,and whether having body image disorder as the dependent variable,with the inclusion criterion a=0.05 and the exclusion criterion a=0.10,a stepwise regression analysis was conducted;Plastic surgery history,unpleasant evaluations,surrounding friends'plastic surgery situation,and comparison of appearance with others were the influencing factors of body image disorders after double eyelid surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors that affect individual image distress after double eyelid surgery include past plastic surgery experiences,negative evaluations,surrounding plastic surgery conditions,and comparison with the appearance of people around them.
