在工业防护与公共卫生领域,防尘面具是阻隔粉尘危害的关键装备,其材料适配性、用户贴合度与环境适应性直接影响防护实效与使用依从性.研究聚焦AI技术在防尘面具设计中的实际应用,以材料优选、用户适配、环境匹配为核心,通过构建材料数据库开展模拟实验比对,建立用户虚拟画像体系,结合使用环境数据制定针对性方案,融合简易仿真与用户反馈优化产品.最终实现防尘面具在过滤性能、佩戴舒适度与场景适配性上的提升,为防护装备的实用化设计提供可落地的参考路径.

In the field of industrial protection and public health,dust masks are key equipment for blocking dust hazards.Their material adaptability,user fit,and environmental adaptability directly affect protection effectiveness and usage compliance.This study focuses on the practical application of AI technology in the design of dust masks,with material optimization,user adaptation,and environmental matching as the core.By constructing a material database to conduct simulation experiment comparisons,establishing a user virtual portrait system,and combining usage environment data to develop targeted solutions,the product is optimized through simple simulation and user feedback.Ultimately,the dust mask is improved in filtration performance,wearing comfort,and scene adaptability,providing a practical reference path for the design of protective equipment.
