共生菌酵素和包膜丁酸钠对肉雏鹅生产性能及经济效益的影响OA
Effects of dietary supplementation with co-culture probiotics and ferments and coated sodium butyrate on growth performance and economic efficiency in meat goslings
为探究共生菌酵素与包膜丁酸钠对肉雏鹅生产性能及经济效益的影响,本试验采用2×2处理设计,将1200只1日龄健康肉雏鹅随机分为4组:对照组(基础饲粮)、共生菌酵素组(基础饲粮+500 mg/kg共生菌酵素)、包膜丁酸钠组(基础饲粮+500 mg/kg包膜丁酸钠)、合用组(基础饲粮+500 mg/kg共生菌酵素+500 mg/kg包膜丁酸钠),每组6个重复,试验周期35 d.试验结果表明:(1)生产性能方面,共生菌酵素和包膜丁酸钠的主效应对肉雏鹅平均体重无显著影响(P>0.05),但共生菌酵素组、包膜丁酸钠组及合用组平均体重较对照组分别提高76 g(2.99%)、112 g(4.41%)和141 g(5.55%).同时,共生菌酵素和包膜丁酸钠主效应显示,二者对采食量(P=0.094)和料重比(P=0.059)的互作效应趋于显著,具体表现为:与对照组相比,共生菌酵素组料重比显著降低(P<0.05),降低0.25(12.25%),且有减少采食量的趋势(P=0.052),减少518 g(10.03%).此外,相比对照组,共生菌酵素组和合用组成活率均显著提高(P<0.05),提高0.90、0.92个百分点.(2)经济效益方面,相比对照组,共生菌酵素组、包膜丁酸钠组及合用组每只肉雏鹅毛利润分别提高2.45、1.86元和2.32元,造肉成本分别降低0.63、0.24元/kg和0.29元/kg,欧洲效益指数分别增加64、34和49.综上,在肉雏鹅饲粮中,单用或合用共生菌酵素和包膜丁酸钠均有利于改善肉雏鹅生产性能并提升经济效益,其中对体重的改善以合用组最优,对料重比和经济效益的改善以单用共生菌酵素最优.
To investigate the effects of co-culture probiotics and ferments and coated sodium butyrate on the production performance and economic benefits of meat goslings,this experiment adopted a 2x2 factorial design.A total of 1200 geese were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments(6 replicates per treatment)in a 35-day trial.Four trial group were:(1)control group(basal diet);(2)co-culture probiotics and ferments group(basal diet+500 mg/kg co-culture probiotics and ferments);(3)coated sodium butyrate group(basal diet+500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate);and(4)combination group(basal diet+500 mg/kg co-culture probiotics and ferments+500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate).Results showed that:Neither co-culture probiotics and ferments nor coated sodium butyrate significantly affected gosling body weight(P>0.05),though numerical increases of 76 g(2.99%),112 g(4.41%),and 141 g(5.55%)were observed in the co-culture probiotics and ferments,coated sodium butyrate,and combination groups,respectively,compared with control group.Analysis revealed marginally significant interactive effects between co-culture probiotics and ferments and coated sodium butyrate for both feed intake(P=0.094)and feed conversion ratio(P=0.059).Specifically,the co-culture probiotics and ferments group showed significantly improved feed conversion ratio(P<0.05;decreased by 0.25,12.25%)and a tendency for reduced feed intake(P=0.052;decreased by 518 g,10.03%)compared with control group.Additionally,both co-culture probiotics and ferments and combination treatments significantly enhanced survival rates(P<0.05;increased by 0.90 percentage point and 0.92 percentage point respectively).Economic analysis revealed:Compared with control group,the co-culture probiotics and ferments,coated sodium butyrate,and combination groups showed increased gross profit per gosling(2.45,1.86,2.32 CNY),reduced production costs(0.63,0.24,0.29 CNY/kg),and improved European Production Efficiency Index(64,34,and 49 points),respectively.Dietary supplementation with either co-culture probiotics and ferments or coated sodium butyrate,individually or in combination,improved both production performance and economic returns in goslings.The combination treatment achieved optimal weight gain,while co-culture probiotics and ferments alone provided the best feed conversion efficiency and economic benefits.
