过瘤胃甜菜碱对哈萨克羊羔羊生产性能、消化代谢和屠宰性能的影响OA
Effect of rumen protected betaine on growth performance,digestive metabolism and slaughter performance of lambs in Kazakh fat-tailed sheep
为研究过瘤胃甜菜碱对哈萨克羊羔羊生产性能、消化代谢和屠宰性能的影响,试验选择20只健康、体重(30.02±1.55)kg的3月龄哈萨克羊羔羊,随机分为4组,每组5个重复.试验预饲期10 d,正饲期90 d.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,过瘤胃甜菜碱低剂量组(L-RPB)、中剂量组(M-RPB)和高剂量组(H-RPB)在对照组的基础上分别添加2、4 g/d和8 g/d过瘤胃甜菜碱.结果表明:(1)各组之间生产性能无显著性差异(P>0.05).(2)各组之间养分表观消化率无显著性差异(P>0.05).(3)不同水平过瘤胃甜菜碱添加组腹脂重和腹脂率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组宰前活重、胴体重、胴体长、净肉重、瘦肉重、肥肉重、皮脂重、尾脂重、眼肌面积和GR值以及屠宰率、净肉率、瘦肉率、肥肉率、皮脂率、尾脂率均无显著差异(P>0.05).综上,过瘤胃甜菜碱具有改善生长期哈萨克羊羔羊脂肪沉积的作用,能够一定程度增加瘦肉比例.
In order to evaluate the effects of dietary rumen-protected betaine(RPB)supplementation on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,and slaughter characteristics of growing Kazakh fat-tailed lambs,twenty 3-month-old male lambs with initial body weight(30.02±1.55)kg were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments(5 lambs per group):control group(CON)fed a basal diet,and three treatment groups supplemented with 2(L-RPB),4(M-RPB),8(H-RPB)g/d of RPB.The experiment included a 10-day adaptation period followed by a 90-day feeding trial.Results showed that no significant differences among groups in growth performance or apparent nutrient digestibility(P>0.05).However,RPB supplementation significantly reduced abdominal fat weight and abdominal fat percentage compared with the CON group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in slaughter traits such as live weight before slaughter,carcass weight,dressing percentage,carcass length,net meat weight,lean meat weight,fat meat weight,skin and fat weight,tail fat weight,eye muscle area,and GR value(P>0.05).Similarly,the proportions of net meat,lean meat,fat meat,skin fat,and tail fat did not differ among groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with rumen-protected betaine reduced fat deposition and modestly increased lean tissue proportion in growing Kazakh fat-tailed lambs,without affecting growth performance and nutrient digestibility.
