基于CiteSpace的国内外医院韧性研究趋势OA

Objective To conduct a visual analysis of hospital resilience research,systematically sort out research hotspots,and provide research directions and reference basis for the efficient development of hospital resilience in China.Methods CiteSpace software was used to conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of relevant literature in this field over the past 10 years.Results The research in this field has shown a year-on-year growth trend.Compared with foreign countries,domestic institutions have less cooperation,and the research is carried out independently.The core author groups at home and abroad have gradually stabilized.The research hotspots in Web of Science include resilience,quality of life,etc.,while Chinese literature focuses on psychological resilience,nurses,etc.Conclusion Hospital resilience research is gradually shifting from material guarantee to comprehensive directions such as organizational management,mental health,and interdisciplinary cooperation.In the future,the combination of theory and practice should be strengthened to promote the improvement of the resilience strategic framework.
