基于多组学的特发性肺纤维化中医药研究思路与方法OA
TCM Research Thinking and Methods of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Based on Multi-omics
特发性肺纤维化发病率逐年增加,治疗手段有限且预后较差,已成为亟待解决的重要公共卫生问题.临床应用中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化可有效缓解患者症状、降低急性加重发生频率、提高患者生存质量.多组学是系统生物学的延伸,整合基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等多维数据,从分子层面揭示疾病变化的生物学基础.本文将多组学与中医理论结合,基于"病-证-方-效"四位一体的研究框架,挖掘中医药诊治特发性肺纤维化的关键生物标志物,为中医辨证论治标准化、客观化研究提供理论参考.
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)has become an important public health problem to be solved due to its increasing incidence,limited treatment options and poor prognosis.Clinical application of TCM in the treatment of IPF can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of acute exacerbation,and improve the quality of life of patients.Multi-omics is an extension of systems biology,integrating multi-dimensional data such as the genome,transcriptome,proteome and metabolome to reveal the biological basis of disease progression at the molecular level.This article combined multi-omics with TCM theories,and based on an integrated research framework encompassing"disease-syndrome-compound-effect",and excavated the key biomarkers of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of IPF,so as to provide theoretical reference for the standardization and objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
