基于多层证据映射与闭环反馈的卵巢癌"病-证-体-势-策-效"六维诊治理论框架探索OA

The early symptoms of ovarian cancer are hidden,the diagnosis is mostly in the middle and late stages,and there are problems of easy recurrence and drug resistance,so the whole process management is facing challenges.In the practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,there has been a diagnosis and treatment model based on the combination of disease and syndrome,but there is room for discussion on the system integration between different levels of evidence,and the dynamic adjustment mechanism of individualized decision-making needs to be further studied.Based on the TCM concept of"preventive treatment of disease",this article combed the multidimensional decision-making elements in the whole process management of ovarian cancer from the theoretical level,proposes a six-dimensional diagnosis and treatment framework with"disease-syndrome-body-trend-strategy-efficacy"as the core,and introduced the idea of multi-layer evidence mapping of group-subgroup-individual,forming a progressive structure from macro-level evidence to personalized decision-making.Meanwhile,by incorporating efficacy and safety evaluation,a feedback closed-loop is created to dynamically optimize strategies during follow-up.This article focused on the multidimensional functional positioning and its role in different levels of evidence,and showed the operation logic of the framework in the clinical context with an experience case,providing a reference for the theoretical exploration of multidimensional information integration and individualized diagnosis and treatment decision-making of ovarian cancer under the condition of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
