醋酸曲安奈德注射液联合光动力疗法在小型瘢痕疙瘩的应用效果OA

Objective To analyze the application effect of tretinoin acetate injection combined with photodynamic therapy in small keloids.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 80 patients with small keloids admitted to Luohe Second People's Hospital between January 2023 and November 2024.Patients were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group based on treatment modality,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with tretinoin acetate injection,and the observation group was treated with photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score,University of North Carolina Scar Scale(UNC)score,inflammatory factor[interleukin-6(IL-6),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)]level,immune function CD4+,CD8+level,adverse reactions,psychological status[anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS)].Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group had lower VSS scores,UNC scores,IL-6,and TGF-β,higher CD4+,and lower CD8+than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison of the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group had higher SAS score and SDS score were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tretinoin acetate injection combined with photodynamic therapy is effective in treating patients with small keloids,which can reduce the degree of scarring,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,regulate the immune function,with better safety,and improve the psychological state.
