基于最大熵模型和地理探测器的大花红景天潜在适生区预测及影响因素分析OA
Analysis on Potential Suitable Areas and Influencing Factors of Rhodiola crenulata Based on MaxEnt Model and GeoDetector
目的 探析当前及未来不同气候情景下大花红景天潜在适生区空间分布格局及其生境空间分异的影响因子.方法 基于最大熵模型和ArcGIS10.8.1软件,利用筛选后的82个大花红景天分布样点数据和6个环境因子数据,结合土地利用数据进行叠加分析,预测当前及未来气候变化下大花红景天的适生区分布格局及质心迁移轨迹.结果 海拔、7月份太阳辐射强度、等温性和温度季节性变化是影响大花红景天适生区分布的主要环境因子.当前气候条件下,大花红景天适生区面积为1.27×106 km2,草地、林地与耕地适生区分别占适生区总面积的65.43%、22.83%和3.04%.未来SSP126和SSP585气候情景下,大花红景天适生区面积相对于当前均呈扩张趋势,质心总体向西南方向小幅迁移.结论 本研究结果可为大花红景天中药资源的保护与可持续利用提供参考.
Objective To explore the spatial distribution patterns of potential suitable areas of Rhodiola crenulata under current and future different climatic conditions and the influencing factors of suitable habitats.Methods Based on the MaxEnt model and ArcGIS 10.8.1 software,82 selected distribution spots data of Rhodiola crenulata and 6 environmental factors data were used,combined with overlay analysis of land use data,to predict the distribution patterns of suitable areas and the centroid migration trajectory of Rhodiola crenulata under current and future climate change scenarios.Results Altitude,solar radiation in July,isothermality,and temperature seasonality were the main environmental factors affecting the suitable habitat area of Rhodiola crenulata.Under current climatic conditions,the total potential suitable habitat area for Rhodiola crenulata was 1.27×106 km2,among which the suitable habitat of grasslands,forests,and croplands accounted for 65.43%,22.83%,and 3.04%of the total suitable habitat area,respectively.Under the future climate scenarios of SSP126 and SSP585,the suitable habitat areas for Rhodiola crenulata will show an expansion trend compared with the current situation,and the centroid will generally migrate slightly toward the southwest.Conclusion The results of this study can provide a reference for the conservation and sustainable utilization of Chinese materia medica resources of Rhodiola crenulata.
