光动力疗法联合手术治疗痤疮后病理性瘢痕疗效观察研究OA
Observational study on the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with surgical treatment for post-acne pathological scars
目的 初步评价光动力疗法联合手术治疗痤疮后病理性瘢痕的效果.方法 选取2022年6月到2023年12月联勤保障部队第九〇七医院就诊的痤疮后病理性瘢痕患者均采用手术联合光动力治疗.随访6～12个月,记录其临床效果、并发症及复发情况.结果 本组患者治疗6个月后有效率为88.89%(24/27),治疗12个月后有效率为81.48%(22/27).术后12个月内复发率为8.33%(2/24).术后出现色素沉着3例,瘢痕萎缩1例,并发症发生率为14.81%(4/27).结论 手术联合光动力治疗痤疮后病理性瘢痕的临床效果较为理想,复发率较低,不良反应少,值得进一步扩大样本研究.
Objective To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with surgery in the treatment of pathological scars after acne.Methods Patients with pathological scars after acne who visited the 907th Hospital of the Joint Support Force from June 2022 to December 2023 were treated with surgery combined with photodynamic therapy.Follow-up was conducted for 6 to 12 months,and the clinical effects,complications,and recurrence were recorded.Results The effective rate of this group of patients was 88.89%(24/27)after 6 months of treatment,and 81.48%(22/27)after 12 months of treatment.The recurrence rate within 12 months after surgery was 8.33%(2/24).There were 3 cases of pigmentation and 1 case of scar atrophy after surgery,and the complication rate was 14.81%(4/27).Conclusion The clinical effect of surgery combined with photodynamic therapy for pathological scars after acne is relatively ideal,with a low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions.Further sample research is recommended.
