Kidney yin deficiency syndrome is closely associated with immune inflammation.Insufficient vital qi can lead to immunosuppression,while yin deficiency and internal heat can activate inflammatory signaling pathways.Zuogui Pills,a classic traditional Chinese medicine formula for nourishing yin and replenishing the kidney,exhibits potential for multi-target regulation of the immune-inflammatory network.This article systematically reviews the material basis of Zuogui Pills and its mechanisms in regulating the immune-inflammatory network.It is found that Zuogui Pills can restore immune homeostasis by modulating the balance of T cell subsets,macrophage polarization,inhibiting the release of pro-inflammatory factors,promoting the expression of anti-inflammatory factors,and regulating key signaling pathways such as NF-κB,MAPK.Zuogui Pills demonstrates significant immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects in neurological,reproductive,and orthopedic diseases.This article aims to explore the mechanisms by which Zuogui Pills regulates the body's immune-inflammatory network in treating kidney yin deficiency syndrome,providing a new perspective for revealing the scientific connotations of this formula.
