氢氧化钙联合早期开髓减压引流术治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效OA

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide combined with early pulpotomy and decompression drainage in the treatment of pulpitis and its influence on the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)in patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulpitis treated in the Fifth People's Hospital of Hengshui City from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent early myelotomy,decompression and drainage.On this basis,the control group was treated with zinc oxide,eugenol and hydromentin,while the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the serum NO level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the OPG level was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the periodontal pocket depth and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide combined with early pulpotomy and decompression drainage can effectively regulate the serum levels of NO and OPG in patients with pulpitis,promote the resolution of inflammation,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,and has a relatively high safety profile.
