目的 探讨氢氧化钙联合早期开髓减压引流术治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效及对患者血清一氧化氮(NO)和骨保护素(OPG)水平的影响.方法 选取2023 年5 月至2024 年5 月于衡水市第五人民医院治疗的牙髓炎患者80 例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40 例.两组患者均采用早期开髓减压引流术,在此基础上,对照组使用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀,观察组则应用氢氧化钙,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清NO水平低于对照组(P<0.05),OPG水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后牙周袋深度、龈沟出血指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 氢氧化钙联合早期开髓减压引流术可有效调节牙髓炎患者血清NO和OPG水平,促进炎症消退,加速临床症状改善,且安全性较高.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide combined with early pulpotomy and decompression drainage in the treatment of pulpitis and its influence on the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)in patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulpitis treated in the Fifth People's Hospital of Hengshui City from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent early myelotomy,decompression and drainage.On this basis,the control group was treated with zinc oxide,eugenol and hydromentin,while the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum NO level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the OPG level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the periodontal pocket depth and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide combined with early pulpotomy and decompression drainage can effectively regulate the serum levels of NO and OPG in patients with pulpitis,promote the resolution of inflammation,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,and has a relatively high safety profile.
