"通、调、补三步序贯疗法"治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍探析OA

Improving sepsis-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction is the key to reducing the mortality rate of sep-sis patients and the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).The authors believe that"toxin,sta-sis,stagnation and deficiency"are the core pathogenesis.According to the dynamic evolution law of pathogenesis,"three-step sequential therapy of unblocking,regulating,and tonifying"is proposed.It emphasizes prioritizing"un-blocking the fu-organs"in the early stage to rapidly eliminate toxin and stasis stagnation,stopping treatment upon achieving the therapeutic effect to avoid impairing healthy qi.The middle stage focuses on"harmonization and reg-ulation"to restore the qi movement of the middle jiao,clear residual pathogenic factors,and lay the foundation for strengthening the root.The later stage prioritizes"consolidating the root"by tonifying the spleen and stomach to promote comprehensive functional recovery.
