麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎急性加重期(风寒湿热证)的临床研究OA

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)at acute exacerbation stage(syndrome of wind-cold-dampness-heat)and its influence on the gut microbiota-immune regulatory axis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with CGN at acute ex-acerbation stage were randomly divided into observation group(western medicine+Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction)and control group(western medicine),with 60 cases in each group.The treatment course was 2 weeks.TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,renal function,inflammatory factors,gut microbiota,immune function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,renal function indexes(β2-MG,BUN,SCr),inflammatory factors(IL-10,CRP,MCP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in gut microbiota and immune function was bet-ter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction can improve TCM symptoms and renal function in patients with CGN at acute exacerbation stage(syndrome of wind-cold-dampness-heat),and may exert its effect by regulating the gut microbiota-immune axis with favorable safety.
