替雷利珠单抗一线治疗晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌的临床综合评价OA

Objective To conduct a comprehensive clinical evaluation of tislelizumab as a first-line therapy for advanced non-sqNSCLC,so as to provide recommendations for clinical treatment and evidence for optimizing the drug catalog and medical insurance reimbursement policies.Methods In accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation of Antitumor Drugs(2021 Trial Version),a comprehensive clinical evaluation of tislelizumab in first-line treatment of advanced non-sqNSCLC was performed from six dimensions(effectiveness,safety,economy,innovation,appropriateness and accessibility)based on the methodologies of evidence-based pharmacy,pharmacoeconomics and health technology assessment,using relevant literature data,public data and questionnaires.Results In terms of effectiveness,compared with other immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),tiranizumab has no significant advantage in the median progression-free survival(mPFS)dimension,but it outperforms most other regimens in the median overall survival(mOS)dimension and the objective response rate(ORR)dimension.In terms of safety,there is no significant difference from other ICIs.In terms of economics,it has certain cost-effectiveness advantages in China.After medical insurance reimbursement,the burden on patients is relatively light and the drug accessibility is high.Conclusion Tislelizumab is safe,effective,highly innovative,cost-effective,convenient and accessible as a first-line therapy for advanced non-sqNSCLC,and thus can be recommended as a routine treatment option for advanced non-sqNSCLC in medical institutions.
