转移性前列腺癌患者延长中位无进展生存时间的长期卫生成本和健康获益评价OA

Objective To demonstrate the long-term value of median progression-free survival(mPFS)improvement by calculating the relationship between mPFS and long-term healthcare costs and health outcomes in the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer(mPC).Methods A Markov model was developed based on the disease progression of mPC.The mathematical relationship between mPFS improvement and long-term costs and health outcomes were quantified and analyzed under the standard treatment scenario.Sensitivity analyses were conducted on key parameters.Results For mPC patients,with one incremental month of mPFS,quality-adjusted life years(QALYs)will increase by an average of 0.06.Incremental healthcare costs dynamic,ranging from 1780.70 yuan to-764.1 yuan,with an average of 271.99 yuan.The calculated long-term value for each incremental month of mPFS is 5472.95 yuan.Sensitivity analyses revealed robust health outcome results,while healthcare cost were significantly influenced by costs in the progressive disease(PD)and progression-free survival(PFS)states.Conclusion Establishing an appropriate quantitative methodology to assess the long-term value of mPFS improvement in mPC treatment so as to support relevant healthcare decision-making rapidly.
