目的:探究一指禅推法在颈部操作状态下的生物力学特征.方法:选取10名高级职称推拿医师,在颈部两侧肌群上移动操作一指禅推法,采用动态压力分布系统,采集轻、中、重3种不同操作力度手法生物力学特征参数,每种力度持续3 min.截取中段1 min数据,着重评估最大压力、平均压力、峰值压强、平均压强、压力时间积分(FTI)、压强时间积分(PTI)及频率关键力学指标.结果:在轻、中、重3种不同操作力度下,高级职称推拿医师在颈部移动操作一指禅推法时,最大压力、平均压力、峰值压强、平均压强、FTI及PTI等各项生物力学参数均随力度等级的增加呈现出逐级递增趋势.重度操作水平下各项力学指标整体明显高于中度与轻度,中度亦明显高于轻度,表现出良好的梯度分化特征.相比之下,操作频率在3种操作力度水平之间整体波动较小,未呈现出随力度增强而明显升高的趋势.结论:本研究量化了一指禅推法在颈部移动操作时不同力度的力学参数具体数值,为推拿科学传承提供了数据支撑,为临床诊疗操作的安全性和有效性提供了客观依据.

Objective:To explore the biomechanical characteristics of one-finger zen push method when applied to the cervical region.Methods:Ten senior tuina physicians were recruited to perform the one-finger zen push method on bilateral cervical muscles under three force conditions:light,moderate,and heavy.A dynamic pressure distribution system was employed to capture key biomechanical parameters,with each force condition maintained for 3 minutes.Data from the middle 1-minute segment were analyzed,focusing on maximum force,mean force,peak pressure,mean pressure,force-time integral(FTI),pressure-time integral(PTI),and frequency.Results:Under light,moderate,and heavy manipulation intensities,all biomechanical parameters,including maximum force,mean force,peak pressure,mean pressure,FTI,and PTI,demonstrated a progressive increasing trend with rising intensity levels when a senior Tuina practitioner performed the moving one-finger zen manipulation on the cervical region.Overall,mechanical outputs at the heavy intensity level were consistently higher than those at the moderate and light levels,and the moderate level was higher than the light level,indicating a clear graded differentiation across the three predefined intensities.In contrast,operational frequency showed only minor variation among the three intensity conditions and did not exhibit a corresponding increase with greater manipulation intensity.Conclusion:This study quantitatively characterizes the biomechanical parameters of the one-finger zen push method applied to the cervical region under different force conditions,providing empirical data for the scientific transmission of tuina techniques.The findings offer an objective reference for ensuring the safety and efficacy of clinical manual therapy.
