儿童期逆境对专门学校学生健康危险行为的影响OACHSSCD

Objective:To examine the impact of various childhood adversities on health risk behaviors among students in specialized schools,and to explore the mediating role of parent-child attachment and the moderating role of parents'education level.Methods:A total of 227 students in specialized schools completed the International Ad-verse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire(ACE-IQ),the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale(CPIC),the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA),and the Adolescent Health-Related Risk Behavior In-ventory(AHRBI).A moderated mediation analysis was conducted based on the bootstrap method.Results:Most adverse childhood experiences showed a significant positive correlation with health-related risky behavior(r=0.15-0.44,Ps＜0.05),and different types of adverse childhood experiences had varying effects on the types of health-related risky behavior.Parent-child attachment partially mediated this relationship,with an indirect effect of 0.18,95%CI:0.08-0.30).Mother's education level moderated the pathway from parent-child attachment to health risk behaviors(β=0.16,P=0.017).Conclusion:Childhood adversity increases the risk of health risk behaviors in students in specialized schools by undermining parent-child attachment,and this process is moderated by mother's education level.
