网络游戏障碍风险程度与青少年认知功能的关系OACHSSCD

Objective:To explore the relationship between Internet Gaming Disorder(IGD)risk levels and cognitive function among adolescents,using a large-scale cross-sectional survey.Methods:A total of 11 545 adoles-cents aged 12-18 years from three vocational schools in Jiangxi Province were surveyed using a convenience sam-pling method.IGD risk was assessed using the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale-Short-Form(IGDS 9-SF),while cognitive function was evaluated through the Symbol Search and Stroop Color-Word Interference Test.Multiple lin-ear regression analysis and threshold effect analysis were applied to examine the associations between IGD scores and cognitive measures.Results:The GDS 9-SF scores exhibits a threshold effect on cognitive function in adoles-cents.For IGDS 9-SF scores≤20,the accuracy of Symbol Search tasks improved with rising scores(β=0.001,P＜0.05).However,when the IGDS 9-SF scores were＞20,the accuracy of Symbol Search task decreased(β=-0.002,P＜0.001).Stroop Test accuracy improved with IGDS 9-SF scores≤16(β=0.003,P＜0.001)but de-clined beyond this threshold(β=-0.001,P＜0.05).Conclusion:IGD severity among adolescents correlates with cognitive function in a threshold-dependent manner.Moderate IGD risk may slightly enhance specific cognitive abil-ities,but excessive risk maybe impairs performance.
