奶牛乳腺炎病原菌特性及新型抗菌剂的应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on Pathogen Characteristics and Application of Novel Antimicrobial Agents in Bovine Mastitis
奶牛乳腺炎是一种由病原菌感染引起的乳房疾病,根据临床表现可分为临床型、亚临床型和慢性型3种.乳腺会因挤奶操作不当导致乳腺管堵塞,引发乳汁淤积,与此同时病原菌乘机入侵,并在淤积的乳汁中大量繁殖,当机体因免疫力降低或血液循环障碍而无法有效清除病原菌时,便会引发感染.因病原菌具有多种免疫逃避机制,乳汁的淤积使得抗菌药难以有效抑制病原菌,易导致菌株的耐药性进一步增强.耐药菌株的滋生与扩散不仅给畜牧业造成重大经济损失,也对人类和动物健康构成较大威胁.近年来,随着耐药问题日益突出,噬菌体、抗菌肽、益生菌和中草药等新型抗菌剂在乳腺炎防治方面显示出良好的应用潜力与独特优势.因此,深入探究乳腺炎致病菌特性及其耐药机制,并推动新型抗菌剂的研发,对乳腺炎的早期预防、及时治疗与预后护理均具有重要意义.笔者针对致乳腺炎病原菌的耐药性现状、免疫逃避机制以及新型抗菌剂的研究进展进行综述,以期为乳腺炎的综合防控提供理论参考.
Bovine mastitis is a mammary gland disease caused by pathogenic bacterial,categorized into clinical,subclinical,and chronic types based on clinical manifestations.Improper milking operations can cause blockage of the mammary ducts,leading to milk accumulation.At the same time,pathogenic bacteria take the opportunity to invade and multiply in the accumulated milk.When the body is unable to effectively eliminate the pathogens due to reduced immunity or impaired blood circulation,infection will occurs.Moreover,the diverse immune evasion mechanisms of pathogenic bacteria,combined with the hindered efficacy of antibiotics due to milk stagnation,can easily lead to further exacerbation of strain resistance.The proliferation and spread of drug-resistant strains not only cause significant economic losses to the livestock industry but also pose substantial threats to both human and animal health.In recent years,with the growing prominence of antimicrobial resistance,novel antimicrobial agents such as phages,antimicrobial peptides,probiotics,and Chinese herbal medicines have demonstrated promising application potential and unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of mastitis.Therefore,in-depth research into the characteristics of mastitis-causing pathogens and their drug resistance mechanisms,along with promoting the development of antibiotic-alternative antimicrobial agents,is of great significance for the early prevention,timely treatment,and post-treatment care of mastitis.This review focuses on the current status of antimicrobial resistance in mastitis-causing pathogens,the immune evasion mechanisms,and recent advances in the research of novel antimicrobial agents,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of mastitis.
