沙门菌与宿主细胞的互作机制:从胃酸耐受到肠上皮细胞定植OA
Interaction Mechanism of Salmonella with Host Cells:From Gastric Acid Tolerance to Intestinal Epithelial Cell Colonization
沙门菌是一种重要的人兽共患肠道病原体,其致病机制依赖于突破宿主细胞的多重防御屏障.近年来,沙门菌与宿主细胞的互作机制研究取得了重大进展,尤其是沙门菌入侵宿主细胞过程中所涉及的关键环节、重要分子及其调控网络.笔者系统阐述了沙门菌从突破物理化学屏障到入侵宿主细胞,最后重塑胞内微环境的过程.重点探讨了沙门菌通过Ⅲ型分泌系统递送多种效应蛋白,协同靶向宿主细胞,并由此介导宿主细胞骨架重构、膜运输操控和脂代谢重编程等关键环节.理解沙门菌入侵宿主细胞的互作机制,为突破传统抗菌策略瓶颈、开发靶向宿主-病原体互作的新型抗感染方案提供关键的理论依据.
Salmonella is an important zoonotic enteric pathogen whose pathogenic mechanism relies on overcoming multiple defence barriers of host cells.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the study of the interaction mechanisms between Salmonella and host cells,especially in the key steps,important molecules,and regulatory networks involved in Salmonella's invasion of host cells.The authors systematically elucidate the process by which Salmonella overcomes physicochemical barriers,invades host cells,and ultimately remodels the intracellular microenvironment.It focuses on how Salmonella delivers multiple effector proteins through its typeⅢ secretion system,synergistically targeting host cells and thereby mediating key aspects such as host cytoskeleton remodelling,membrane transport manipulation,and lipid metabolism reprogramming.Understanding the interaction mechanisms of Salmonella's invasion of host cells provides crucial theoretical support for overcoming the limitations of traditional antibacterial strategies and developing novel anti-infection regimens that target host-pathogen interactions.
