Research Progress on the Mechanisms and Applications of Microencapsulated Probiotics in Animal Husbandry
微囊化技术是通过包埋载体材料将活性成分包裹形成微胶囊结构的新型制剂技术,在畜禽养殖益生菌制剂开发中展现出独特优势.益生菌制剂作为绿色饲料添加剂,具有调控肠道菌群、增强免疫、促进生长等功能,但传统制剂存在耐酸性能不足、肠道定植存活率低、易失活等瓶颈,限制了其应用效能.微囊化技术通过选用生物相容性包埋载体材料,结合乳化法、喷雾干燥法等包埋工艺,可有效保护益生菌免受胃酸、胆盐等消化液侵蚀,实现靶向递送与缓释控释,显著提升制剂稳定性与生物利用度.笔者系统解析了微囊化技术的包埋作用机理、载体材料特性及对益生菌活性的保护作用机制,回顾了微囊化益生菌在畜禽养殖中的应用进展,重点探讨其在强化肠道屏障功能、调控肠道菌群平衡、增强免疫性能、提升生产性能及保障畜产品质量等方面的实践效果与作用路径,为高效稳定型微囊化益生菌制剂的研发提供理论支撑,推动微囊化技术在畜禽绿色养殖领域的规模化应用.
Microencapsulation technology is an innovative formulation technique that encapsulates active ingredients within microcapsules using carrier materials.It has demonstrated unique advantages in the development of probiotic formulations for animal husbandry.Probiotics,as green feed additives,possess multiple beneficial functions,including regulation of gut microbiota,enhancement of immunity,and promotion of growth.However,traditional formulations face limitations,including poor acid resistance,low survival rates during gut colonization,and a propensity for activity loss,all of which restrict their application efficiency.Microencapsulation technology,by employing biocompatible encapsulation carrier materials in conjunction with processes like emulsification and spray drying,can effectively protect probiotics from degradation by gastric acid,bile salts,and other digestive fluids.This technology enables targeted delivery,controlled release,and sustained action,significantly improving the stability and bioavailability of the formulations.This article systematically analyzes the encapsulation mechanisms,the characteristics of carrier materials,and the protective mechanisms of microencapsulation technology on probiotic activity.It also reviews the application progress of microencapsulated probiotics in animal husbandry,with a focus on their effects in enhancing gut barrier function,balancing gut microbiota,boosting immune performance,improving production efficiency,and ensuring livestock product quality.The study provides theoretical support for the development of high-efficiency,stable microencapsulated probiotic formulations and promotes the large-scale application of microencapsulation technology in green animal husbandry.
