2012年,由美国国家乳房炎委员会(NMC)修订的《挤奶机真空度与气流性能评价程序》发布,该程序是目前国际上公认的挤奶机性能诊断技术文件.该程序以ANSI/ASABE AD5707、ANSI/ASABE AD3918等标准为依据,系统规定了现场测试过程和真空度、脉动和空气储备能力的判定准则.本文对本程序的技术框架、关键指标、试验步骤、现场应用要点等进行了综述,并结合国内牧场实际提出了实施意见,以供挤奶机规范化管理工作参考.

In 2012,the"Procedures for Evaluating Vacuum Levels and Airflow in Milking Systems"revised by the National Mastitis Council(NMC)of the United States was promulgated.This procedure is currently the internationally recognized technical document for diagnosing the performance of milking machines.Based on standards such as ANSI/ASABE AD5707 and ANSI/ASABE AD3918,this procedure systematically specifies the on-site testing process as well as the criteria for determining vacuum levels,pulsation characteristics,and air reserve capacity.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the technical framework,key indicators,experimental procedures,and key points for on-site applications of this procedure.Additionally,in consideration of the actual situation of domestic dairy farms,practical implementation suggestions are put forward,offering a reference for the standardized management of milking machines.
