资本治理视域下社会办医的困境与对策探赜OA

In the background of the deepening"Healthy China"strategy,privately-run healthcare institutions have e-merged as a pivotal force in fostering a diversified medical supply system.From the perspective of capital governance,the unique governance challenges faced by medical services due to their public welfare nature,professional barriers,and value assessment were examined,and a tripartite dilemma of asynchronous development of quantity and quality,institutional barriers,and latent risks were identified.Based on which,some countermeasures were put forward,such as constructing a hierarchical and catego-rized governance framework,implementing digital-empowered penetrative supervision,stimulating the social efficacy of capital,and enhancing ethical awareness among practitioners,which is aimed to strengthen capital governance,guide and regulate social capital,and cultivate a value-driven benevolent ecosystem for privately-run healthcare.
