牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的防控被越来越多的牧场所重视,但免疫程序各不相同,使用效果千差万别.目前存在的免疫方式主要有三种,分别为:犊牛出生后立即进行疫苗首免,然后饲喂初乳,21d后加强免疫1次;30~40日龄犊牛首免,21d后加强免疫1次;90~120日龄犊牛首免,21d后加强免疫1次.免疫剂量均为2mL/头.为评价三种免疫方式的效果差异,特进行此次对比分析试验.各免疫组在加强免疫后30d采血进行中和抗体效价检测,结果显示90~120日龄进行首免效果最好,20头犊牛的保护率为100%,免疫效果优秀,根据此结果建议牧场根据实际情况,最好采用90日龄左右进行犊牛首次免疫.

The prevention and control of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)has been emphasized by more and more ranches,but the immunization procedures are different,and the use of the effect varies greatly.At present,there are three main types of immunization:the first type,the first vaccine immunization immediately after the birth of calves,and then feed colostrum,21 days after the strengthening of immunization once;the second type,30~40 days old calves first immunization,21 days after the strengthening of immunization once;the third type,90~120 days old calves first immunization,21 days after the strengthening of immunization once;immunization dose are 2 ml/head.In order to evaluate the effect of the three types of immunization,this comparative effect analysis test was conducted.Each immunization group in the strengthening immunization 30 days after the blood for neutralizing antibody potency test,the results show that 90~120 days of age for the first immunization is the best effect,20 calves of the protection rate of 100%,the effect of immunization is excellent;according to the results suggest that the ranch according to the actual situation,calves are best used around 90 days of age for the first immunization.
