"健康中国2030"战略视域下医院管理研究热点和演化趋势OA

Objective To systematically analyze the research hotspots and development trends of hospital management from the perspective of the ＂Healthy China 2030＂strategy,and provide a scientific basis for future research in this field.Methods VOSviewer and CiteSpace were employed for bibliometric analysis to reveal the structure and hotspots of this research field.Re-sults The research hotspots primarily focus on promoting the capacity building of primary care and optimizing specialty layout,high-quality development and systematic resource allocation of public hospitals,evolution of the healthcare security system and coordination among the ＂three major systems＂,practical pathways for non-communicable chronic disease prevention/control,early screening/diagnosis,and integration of medical and preventive services,the supporting role of integrated service systems,health literacy,and digital health,and institutional responses to vulnerable populations,long-term care,and health inequali-ties.Trend analysis suggested that future research would place greater emphasis on the transition from policy orientation to em-pirical verification,strengthening the assessment of implementation outcomes and causal inference.Inter-departmental and in-terdisciplinary collaborative research will become commonplace,and data-driven and intelligent governance will continue to deepen.Quantitative evaluations of equity and primary care accessibility will become more refined,and research perspectives will shift from single interventions to systematic coordination models,with continuous improvements in methodology and impact evaluation.Conclusion It is suggested for the future researchers to establish a closer linkage between national strategic orientation and actual management needs,promote the high-quality development of hospital management in China through scientific,sys-tematic,and innovative research paradigms,which can provide solid support for the realization of the ＂Healthy China 2030＂strategic goals.
