影响莫能菌素预混剂溶出度的关键工艺参数研究OA
Key Process Parameters Affecting the Dissolution of Monensin Premix
采用正交试验考察了发酵液预处理pH值、玉米粉与脱脂米糠的比例、辊轮压力、辊轮转速对莫能菌素预混剂在不同pH值介质中溶出度的影响.结果显示,辊轮压力、辊轮转速对溶出度的影响最为关键,小试和中试产品在上述两种介质中的溶出曲线与原研产品(欲可胖)相似.
The effects of the pH value of fermentation broth pretreatment,ratio of corn flour to defatted rice bran,roller pressure,and roller rotation speed on the solubility of monensin premixes in media with different pH values were investigated using orthogonal tests.The results showed that roller pressure and roller rotation speed were identified as the most critical process parameters.The dissolution profiles of the small-and pilot-scale products were all similar to that of the reference listed drug(Elancoban)in the aforementioned media.
