本文通过探究荷斯坦牛耳道温度与直肠温度的相关性,对比分析荷斯坦牛耳道与直肠测温数据的临床一致性.结果表明,奶牛耳道温度与直肠温度存在显著的正相关关系(r=0.80,P<0.01),二者的线性回归方程为y=10.94356+0.71865x,决定系数R2=0.6445;围产期奶牛(R2=0.7589)的相关性强于泌乳期奶牛(R2=0.4698);Bland-Altman分析显示,97.50%的数据点在一致性范围内(表明在误差范围内),耳道测温可以代替直肠测温.本研究验证了耳道测温技术的可靠性,为奶牛健康监测体系优化提供了数据支撑,对提升牧场精细化管理水平、改善动物福利实践具有参考价值.

This paper explores the correlation between ear canal temperature and rectal temperature of Holstein cows,and compares and analyzes the clinical consistency of ear canal and rectal temperature measurement data of Holstein cows.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between ear canal temperature and rectal temperature(r=0.80,P<0.01),and the linear regression equation was y=10.94356+0.71865x,and the coefficient of determination was R2=0.6445,and the correlation between perinatal cows(R2=0.7589)was stronger than that of lactating cows(R2=0.4698).The Bland-Altman analysis showed that 97.50%of the data points were within the concordance range,indicating that ear canal thermometry could replace rectal thermometry within the margin of error.This study verifies the reliability of ear canal temperature measurement technology,provides data support for the optimization of dairy cow health monitoring system,and has reference value for improving the level of fine management of pastures and improving animal welfare practices.
