The Party and state institutions serve as crucial organizational guarantees for advancing Chinese-style modernization.The ra-tional configuration of Party and government institutions with similar responsibilities and overlapping functions has long been a central issue in the reform of Party and state institutions.As a landmark measure of the Party-led institutional reform in the New Era,the co-located Party and government offices have achieved profound integration between the political and administrative systems.These offices demonstrate unique advantages in political leadership,functional integration,and governance efficiency,fully highlighting the strong resilience and institutional superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To further leverage these unique advantages,it is essential to raise the level of institu-tionalization and standardization,optimize collaborative working mechanisms,improve personnel management systems,and strengthen super-vision and accountability mechanisms for co-located Party and government offices.
