河冰模型SkyRices的研发及应用案例分析OA

高纬度寒区工程受冰水相变的影响,存在冰体冻胀、流凌刮擦挤压和凌汛洪水等问题.本文基于河渠冬季失热、产冰、封河和开河的冰水力学理论,耦合水温冰情智能集合预报模型、河渠一维河冰动力学模型、二维水冰沙耦合模拟模型,构建河冰模型SkyRices,并结合南水北调中线工程、吉林省骨干水网工程和新疆北疆供水工程水温冰情模拟预报,开展了多场景的示范应用.结果显示,河冰模型能较准确模拟典型寒潮驱动下的水体失热及沿线水温变化、复杂水工建筑物影响下的冰凌发展演变、水冰沙复杂作用下的凌汛洪水过程,可推广应用于江河渠库冰情水文预报和河冰全过程的模拟计算,服务于智慧水利建设和防凌减灾实践.

In high-latitude cold regions,hydraulic infrastructure is significantly affected by water-ice phase transi-tions,which can lead to frost heave,ice-induced scour and compression,and ice flood events.This study presents the development of the river ice model or SkyRices,a comprehensive simulation framework grounded in the thermody-namic and dynamic processes of winter river systems,including heat loss,ice production,river freeze-up,and break-up.The model integrates three key components:an intelligent ensemble forecasting system for river ice and water temperatures,a one-dimensional river ice dynamics module,and a two-dimensional coupled simulation of water,ice,and sediment.The SkyRices model was applied to multiple scenarios,including the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the major water network project in Jilin Province,and the Northern Xinji-ang water supply system.Simulation results demonstrate that the model effectively captures heat loss and water tem-perature variations under typical cold wave conditions,the evolution of ice processes influenced by complex hydrau-lic structures,and the dynamics of ice flood formation driven by interactions among water,ice,and sediment.The findings suggest that the SkyRices model is well-suited for hydrological forecasting of river ice conditions and full-process simulation of ice regimes in rivers,canals,and reservoirs.Its application supports intelligent water manage-ment and enhances ice disaster prevention and mitigation efforts.
