Methods and applications of SkyRowas:A rule-based water allocation simulation model
本文介绍了一种基于规则的通用水资源配置模拟模型——SkyRowas.该模型采用三层规则体系构建:基本规则定义系统结构、安全边界、配置原则;概化规则基于分层水资源网络理论方法,对实际水资源系统的要素(点、线、面)及其水量运移转化关系进行规范化描述,提供数学建模依据;运行规则是在前两类规则基础上,构建地表水、地下水、外调水、非常规水等多水源配置模块及整体计算流程.模型遵循供水网络缺水最小且均衡基本原则,模拟天然径流、供水、调水、退水及再利用等水量传输与转化过程,实现供排水网络关系自适应计算,完成多水源-多用户联合水量分配.SkyRowas具备通用化建模能力,适用于不同特征流域/区域和不同类型任务的建模分析,可提供区域水资源供需平衡、工程节点水量平衡过程及系统水量平衡状态等分类结果.模型支持C/S、B/S架构及嵌入式服务,可用于水资源供需分析、水量分配方案制定、水资源论证、水资源调度等不同业务场景,通过国内不同区域和类型的实际案例应用,验证了模型的有效性与实用性.
This paper introduces A Rule-based Objected-oriented Water Allocation Simulation Model—SkyRowas.The model is constructed using a three-layer rule architecture:(1)The basic rules define the system structure,safety boundaries,and principles for water allocation;(2)The conceptualization rules are based on the theory and methodology of hierarchical network of water resources,which standardizes the description of the elements(points,lines,planes)representing reality and water transport and transformation relationships among them,in order to achieve mathematical modeling of complex systems;(3)The operational rules are based on the first two types of rules,and construct multiple water source configuration modules and overall calculation processes for surface water,groundwater,transferred water,unconventional water,etc.The model follows the principle of minimizing and balanc-ing water shortage in complex water supply networks.It simulates the transmission and transformation processes of natural runoff,water supply,water diversion,water withdrawal,and reuse,and completes the joint water allocation of multiple water sources to various water users based on adaptive calculation of network relationships.SkyRowas is a general model and applicable for different targets modeling in different watersheds/regions.It provides classification results such as regional water supply and demand balance,process of engineering node,and system water balance.Different types are developed for multiple application,including C/S,B/S architecture and embedded services,and is suitable for different professional functions,such as water supply-demand analysis,water allocation scheme,engi-neering operation and scheduling simulation,assessment of water-draw and utilization.Long-term continuous domes-tic application proves its feasibility and effectiveness.
