康复期脑卒中患者疾病体验及需求的Meta整合OA
Experiences and needs of stroke patients during rehabilitation:a qualitative meta-synthesis
目的 系统整合康复期脑卒中患者的患病体验及需求. 方法 检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库等关于康复期脑卒中患者的患病体验及需求的质性研究,检索时限建库至2024年12月.采用Joanna Briggs研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价清单进行文献质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行归纳与整合. 结果 共纳入10个研究,提炼出49个主题,归纳为10个类别,最终整合成3个主题:负性疾病感知、多元康复动力和未被满足的需求. 结论 脑卒中患者在康复期经历复杂的身心体验并存在多维度需求.
Objective To systematically synthesize the illness experiences and unmet needs of patients with stroke during the reha-bilitation phase. Methods Qualitative studies focusing on the illness experiences and needs of stroke patients in the rehabilitation period were retrieved from the databases of Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang data and VIP.The search timeframe was from database inception to December,2024.Method-ological quality was evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument.A meta-synthesis method was adopted to categorize and integrate the findings. Results A total of ten studies were included.Forty-nine themes were extracted and further grouped into ten categories,which were finally integrated into three overarching themes:negative illness perceptions,multifaceted rehabilita-tion motivations and unmet multidimensional needs. Conclusion Patients with stroke undergo complex physical and psychological experiences during rehabilitation and pres-ent diverse and multidimensional needs.
