循证社会干预指南与标准系列研究之四:循证标准制定流程解读OA
Research on evidence-based social intervention guidelines and standards Ⅳ:interpretation of an evidence-based standard case
标准作为工作者的参考模板,其制定流程的科学性直接影响服务的有效性.在标准化进程向科学性、开放性和基础性纵深发展的背景下,如何构建具有方法学严谨性的标准制定范式已成为全球标准化研究的前沿议题之一.本研究结合既往发布的质量标准《并发严重精神疾病和药物滥用》,对国际标准制定中最具循证特色的英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所(NICE)的质量标准制定流程进行系统介绍,深度解析NICE质量标准制定流程中的 11 个关键步骤,重点分析其中蕴含的循证方法学.以期通过对NICE案例的解读,为我国循证标准的制定提供理论支撑与实践参照.
Standards serve as scientific templates for practitioners,and the scientific rigor of their development process directly impacts the effectiveness of services.Against the backdrop of standardization advancing towards greater scientific integrity,openness,and foundational depth,constructing a methodologically rigorous paradigm for standard development has become one of the forefront issues in global standardization research.This study takes the quality standards of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE)in the UK as a case study,systematically introducing its development process and providing an in-depth analysis of the 11 key steps involved,with a particular focus on the evidence-based methodologies embedded within these steps.Through the interpretation of the NICE case,this paper aims to offer theoretical support and practical references for the development of evidence-based standards in China.
