数字经济提高就业质量了吗?OA

Driven by next-generation internet,information,and artificial intelligence technologies,the rapid advancement of the digital economy is profoundly reshaping labor markets and exerting a far-reaching impact on employment quality.Building on this foundation,the study employs provincial-level panel data from 2013 to 2021 to construct independent index systems for measuring digital economy development and employment quality.A fixed-effects panel model was used to empirically analyze both the direct influence of the digital economy on employment quality and its underlying mediation mechanisms.The results show that digital economic growth significantly enhances employment quality while exhibiting distinct regional heterogeneity:the effect is most pronounced in eastern China and progressively diminishes from central to western regions.Further validation through mediation effect models demonstrates that the digital economy indirectly elevates employment quality by driving industrial upgrading and boosting consumption levels.Additionally,digital economic development not only improves local employment quality but also generates significant spatial spillover effects,effectively stimulating synchronized growth in neighboring regions.
