产业转移背景下中小城市高校产教融合育人模式的探索与实践OA
Exploration and Practice of the Integration of Industry and Education in Colleges and Universities in Small and Medium Sized Cities Under the Background of Industrial Transfer
在产业转移与经济转型背景下,中小城市高校亟需探索服务区域经济与培养应用型人才的新路径.本文以宝鸡文理学院化学与材料工程学院为例,针对传统化学类本科教育中课程设置陈旧、校企合作不足等问题,构建"'1+2+3+3'卓越工程师"育人模式和"知识-能力-素养"三维课程体系,并探索实践"教-科-产"闭环化培养范式.实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生综合素质与实践能力,为地方经济发展提供了有效支撑.未来,学院将进一步深化课程改革,拓展校企协作模式,推动育人体系数字化转型,为中小城市高校的高质量发展提供实践参考.
In the context of industrial transfer and economic transformation,universities in small and medium-sized cities urgently need to explore new paths to serve regional economy and cultivate applied talents.This article takes the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering at Baoji University of Arts and Sciences as an example to address the problems of outdated curriculum design and insufficient school enterprise cooperation in traditional undergraduate chemistry education.It constructs a"1+2+3+3"outstanding engineer education model and a"knowledge-ability-literacy"three-dimensional curriculum system,innovatively practicing the"education-science-production"closed-loop training paradigm.Research has shown that this model significantly improves students' comprehensive quality and practical ability,providing effective support for local economic development.Future colleges will further deepen curriculum reform,expand school enterprise cooperation models,promote the digital transformation of the education system,and provide practical references for the high-quality development of universities in small and medium-sized cities.
