A dataset of wholesale market transaction prices of leeks in the Yunnan-Guizhou region(2012-2020)
韭菜因其丰富的营养、独特的风味以及药用价值受到人们的喜爱,其历史价格数据对后市价格波动趋势分析有重要的意义.本数据集采集整理了作为韭菜主产地的云贵地区38个农产品批发市场2012-2020年的韭菜日均交易价格数据,涵盖贵州省、云南省、广西壮族自治区、四川省、湖北省、湖南省6个省(自治区).数据集基础数据主要来源于全国农产品商务信息公共服务平台等以及项目组实际市场调研数据,对基础数据进行数据分析及清洗,通过补全缺失值、剔除异常值,从而完善基础数据集.并通过对基础数据集进行加工处理,形成了同期该地区韭菜批发市场周/月/季/年尺度的平均价格及相应环比、同比变化率数据集.本数据集可为云贵地区韭菜价格波动规律等研究提供科学依据,并可以此为政府相关部门指导种植布局、稳定区域韭菜价格提供重要的科学支撑.
Leek is widely appreciated for its rich nutrition,unique flavor and medicinal value.Its historical price data is of great significance for analyzing future price fluctuation trend.This dataset compiles and organizes the average daily wholesale prices of leeks from 2012 to 2020 in 38 wholesale markets of agricultural products in the Yunnan-Guizhou region,one of the main leek-producing areas in China.It covers 6 provinces(or autonomous regions):Guizhou,Yunnan,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Sichuan,Hubei and Hunan.he raw data in this dataset is mainly sourced from the National Agricultural Product Business Information Public Service Platform and the project team's field market surveys.The basic dataset was processed through data cleaning and analysis,including filling missing values and removing outliers,to ensure data completeness and reliability.Based on the processed dataset,we further generated weekly,monthly,quarterly,and annual average price series,along with their corresponding month-on-month and year-on-year change rates.This dataset provides a scientific basis for researching the patterns of leek price fluctuations in the Yunnan-Guizhou region,and offers important scientific support for relevant government departments in guiding planting layout and stabilizing regional leek prices.
