中国农业新质生产力发展水平的区域差异、时空演变及收敛分析OA
Regional Differences,Spatiotemporal Evolution and Convergence Analysis of the Development Level of New-Quality Agricultural Productive Forces in China
农业新质生产力是农业现代化与农业强国建设的关键驱动力.为科学测度其发展水平,本文基于投入—产出要素重构视角,运用XGBoost算法对2012-2022年中国31个省份的农业新质生产力进行测算,并从区域差异、时空演变及收敛性3个维度展开深入分析.研究发现:其一,从整体格局看,粮食主销区和东部地区的农业新质生产力发展水平居全国领先地位,全国层面分布呈右偏特征,粮食主产区、中部地区及西部产销平衡区依次形成梯度差距;其二,区域差异呈现"俱乐部收敛"现象,地理分区下组间差异是造成总体差异的首要因素,功能分区中超变密度贡献更为显著,且西部地区内部差异最为突出,组间差异整体呈波动下降态势;其三,在时间维度上,核密度曲线持续右移且极化态势减弱,"蛙跳效应"与空间溢出效应相互交织,空间邻接状态对区域发展格局的塑造作用尤为显著;其四,全国及东中西部、各粮食功能区均存在显著的绝对β收敛与条件β收敛,各区域分别向自身的稳态水平收敛,呈现"空间联动、要素协同、类型分化"的多元收敛特征.立足区域发展异质性,本文提出以科技创新驱动、绿色发展引领、数字经济赋能为核心的农业新质生产力提升路径,为相关决策提供科学依据,助力我国农业实现从"大国小农"向"大国强农"的跨越,推动农业高质量可持续发展.
New-quality agricultural productive forces are key driving forces for agricultural modernization and the construction of an agricultural power.To scientifically measure its development level,from the perspective of input-output factor restructuring,this paper employs the XGBoost algorithm to calculate the new-quality agricultural productive of forces 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,and conducts an in-depth analysis from three dimensions:regional differences,spatiotemporal evolution,and convergence.The research findings are as follows:First,in terms of the overall pattern,grain-consuming regions and eastern China take the leading position in the development level of new-quality agricultural productive forces,and the national distribution shows a right-skewed characteristic,with grain-producing regions,central regions,and western grain production-marketing balance regions forming a gradient gap in turn.Second,regional differences present a"club convergence"phenomenon;in geographical zoning,inter-group differences are the primary source of overall differences,while in functional zoning,hypervariable density contributes more significantly.Moreover,internal differences in western China are the most prominent,and inter-group differences show an overall fluctuating downward trend.Third,from the temporal dimension,the kernel density curve continues to shift to the right and the polarization trend weakens;the"frog-jump effect"and spatial spillover effect are intertwined,and the impact of spatial adjacency status on shaping the regional development pattern is particularly profound.Fourth,significant absolute β-convergence and conditional β-convergence exist nationwide,in the eastern,central and western regions,and among various grain functional zones.Each region converges to its own steady-state level,presenting the diversified convergence characteristics of"spatial linkage,factor coordination,and type differentiation".Based on the heterogeneity of regional development,this paper proposes a path to enhance new-quality agricultural productive forces centered on technological innovation-driven development,green development-led progress,and digital economy-enabled empowerment,providing a scientific basis for relevant decision-making,helping China's agriculture realize the leap from"a large country with small-scale farming"to"a strong agricultural nation",and promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of agriculture.
