This paper addresses the issues of incomplete coverage,insufficient adaptability,and poor international alignment in China's current inspection and testing standards for the safety performance of sports facilities and equipment.It systematically constructs a standards system for safety performance inspection and testing in this domain.The study clarifies the overall objectives and principles for system development,proposes a three-dimensional framework comprising"standard objects—standard functions—safety performance indicators,"and analyzes the core content of three major sub-systems:basic general standards,sports facilities standards,and sports equipment standards.The importance of safety performance inspection and testing is critically examined.Based on the implementation status of 293 key existing standards,practical pathways are proposed from the perspectives of technological upgrading,life-cycle supervision,and digital transformation.This system provides theoretical support and operational guidance for enhancing sports safety assurance capabilities and promoting the standardization development of the sports industry.
