目的:探讨标准化康复护理联合低温冲击镇痛仪在膝髋关节术后的应用效果.方法:选取甘肃省人民医院在2022年12月至2024年4月收治的100例膝髋关节置换术患者,根据护理方式的不同进行分组,对照组71例,予以常规干预,观察组29例予以标准化康复护理联合低温冲击镇痛仪.对比两组关节功能恢复程度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及出院准备度.结果:干预后,观察组关节功能恢复程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院准备度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将标准化康复护理联合低温冲击镇痛仪应用于膝髋关节置换术后患者,有助于减少其疼痛,促进关节功能恢复,提高出院准备度,值得临床推广.

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with hypothermic shock analgesia device after knee and hip arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent knee and hip arthroplasty and were admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital from December 2022 to April 2024 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.71 cases in the control group were given conventional intervention,and 29 cases in the observation group were given standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with hypothermia shock analgesia device.The recovery degree of joint function,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain and discharge readiness of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of joint function recovery degree in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The discharge readiness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with the hypothermic shock analgesia device in patients after knee and hip arthroplasty is helpful to reduce their pain,promote the recovery of joint function,and improve the readiness for discharge.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
