规范化护理对肋骨骨折患者减轻疼痛的效果观察OACHSSCD
Observation on the Effect of Standardized Nursing on Pain Relief in Patients with Rib Fractures
目的:观察肋骨骨折患者采取规范化护理对缓解疼痛症状的效果.方法:选取蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院筛50例肋骨骨折患者,患者入院时间为2023年1至2025年1月,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组25例患者采取常规护理,观察组25例患者联合应用规范化护理,对比两组患者不同护理结果.结果:观察组患者干预后不同时间段疼痛评分均明显更低,护理满意度、应对方式评分以及宣教评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:采取规范化护理工作能够起到缓解疼痛的效果,有利于帮助肋骨骨折患者建立健康的应对方式,提高认知水平,提升护理满意度.
Objective:To observe the effect of standardized nursing on relieving pain symptoms in patients with rib fractures.Methods:In this study,data of 50 patients with rib fractures were screened out in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University.The admission time of the patients was from January 2023 to January 2025.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.25 patients in the control group received conventional nursing,while 25 patients in the observation group were combined with standardized nursing.The different nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the pain score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower at different time after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction,coping style score and education score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing can relieve pain,help patients with rib fractures to establish healthy coping patterns,improve cognitive levels,and improve nursing satisfaction.
