甲状腺手术患者护理中标准化共情护理联合颈部体位训练的应用研究OACHSSCD

Objective:To observe the application effect of standardized empathetic nursing combined with neck position training in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent thyroid surgery and were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2023 to March 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.Taking the implementation of conventional nursing as the control group(30 cases),and the implementation of standardized empathetic nursing combined with neck position training as the observation group(30 cases),the different nursing results of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:By comparing the negative emotions of the two groups of patients,the observation group was superior(P<0.05).The coping styles of the two groups of patients were compared,and the observation group was superior(P<0.05).The pain scores and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared,and both were superior in the observation group(P<0.05).The quality of life and self-efficacy scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the observation group was superior(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of applying standardized empathetic nursing,combined with the application of neck position training,it can alleviate patients'negative emotions,regulate coping styles,relieve pain and sleep quality,which is conducive to optimizing patients'quality of life and enhancing self-efficacy and improving prognosis.
