探讨对脑出血恢复期患者进行标准化护理的效果OACHSSCD
Exploration of the Effect of Standardized Nursing on Patients in the Recovery Period of Cerebral Hemorrhage
目的:探讨将标准化护理应用于脑出血恢复期患者中的效果.方法:选取50例2023年12月至2025年6月在广州市番禺区中医院治疗的脑出血恢复期患者,随机划分为对照组和观察组,各25例.对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行标准化护理.对比两组患者的神经功能、上肢功能、下肢功能以及生活质量.结果:观察组的神经功能、上肢功能以及下肢功能均优于对照组,因而生活质量也优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将标准化护理应用于脑出血恢复期患者中,不仅能够提升患者的神经功能,改善肢体运动功能,而且还能够使病人的生活质量得到显著提升,建议在临床上大力推广.
Objective:To explore the effect of applying standardized nursing to patients in the recovery period of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Fifty patients in the recovery period of cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the Panyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou from December 2023 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received standardized nursing.The neurological function,upper limb function,lower limb function and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The neurological function,upper limb function and lower limb function of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and thus the quality of life of the observation group was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing to patients during the recovery period of cerebral hemorrhage can not only enhance the neurological function of patients and improve limb motor function,but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It is recommended to be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
