目的 采用文献计量的方法,基于CiteSpace知识图谱对睡眠剥夺条件下认知功能领域下的相关研究进行可视化分析,了解该领域的研究热点及未来发展方向,为临床上改善睡眠问题及认知障碍提供研究思路和方法.方法 在Web of Science中共导出477篇相关文献,通过对发文量、国家、机构、作者、关键词等进行分析和可视化.结果 该领域发文量基本呈现逐渐上升的趋势.美国和中国在该领域研究成果最为丰富,其中以美国华盛顿州立大学和中国安徽医科大学为代表,但国家之间合作较少.作者合作有明显的地域性,法国和中国作者合作网络最具代表性.在睡眠剥夺状态下,疲劳和认知的表现是人们最为关注的关键词,关键词聚类图谱显示了该领域的下位概念,如注意、记忆等;关键词突现图谱反映了该领域存在与多学科交叉融合的趋势.结论 未来的研究需关注神经调控技术如何提升睡眠剥夺条件下的认知功能,向多学科交叉融合的方向趋势深入研究,并将其作为医疗手段推广应用.

Objective To visually analyze the relevant research in the field of cognitive function under sleep deprivation conditions based on the CiteSpace knowledge graph by bibliometric method,to understand the research hotspots and future development directions in this field,and to provide research ideas and methods for improving sleep problems and cognitive impairment in clinical practice.Methods A total of 477 related papers were exported from Web of Science,and the number of published papers,countries,institutions,authors,and keywords were analyzed and visualized.Results The number of papers published in this field showed a gradual upward trend.The United States and China had the most abundant research results in this field,represented by Washington State University in the United States and Anhui Medical University in China,but there was less cooperation between countries.Authorship collaborations were distinctly regional,with France and China being the most representative.In the state of sleep deprivation,fatigue and cognitive performance were the keywords that people paid the most attention to,and the keyword clustering map showed the subordinate concepts in this field,such as attention and memory.The keyword burst map reflected the trend of cross-disciplinary integration in this field.Conclusion Future research should focus on how neuromodulation technology can improve cognitive function under sleep deprivation conditions,and further study the trend of multi-disciplinary cross-integration,and promote its application as a medical method.
