中西方文化差异视角下的认知域作战策略展望OACHSSCD
Cognitive domain combat strategies and prospects from the perspective of Chinese and Western cultural differences
现代战争越来越体现出多域化特征,随着军事理论研究的不断深入,"制信息权"的争夺已成为现代战争新的制高点,互联网和人工智能技术的发展也逐渐凸显出隐藏在物理战场背后的认知域战场.尽管现代认知域作战起源于西方国家,但是中国古代拥有与认知域作战相近内涵的"心战"理论宝库,通过对中国"心战"及西方近现代认知域作战的概念及致效机制的梳理,厘清不同文化视角下认知域作战的差异,进而站在当代国家利益视角,对新形势下认知域作战进行具有中国特色的策略选择与展望.
Modern war increasingly reflects the characteristics of multi-domains.With the in-depth study of military theory,the contest for"information domination"has become the new commanding height of modern war,and the development of the Internet and artificial intelligence technology has gradually highlighted the cognitive domain battlefield hidden behind the physical battlefield.Although modern cognitive domain warfare originated in Western countries,ancient China has a theoretical treasure house of"mental warfare"with similar connotation to cognitive domain warfare.By combing the concepts and mechanisms of Chinese"mental warfare"and Western modern cognitive domain warfare,this paper clarifies the differences of cognitive domain warfare from different cultural perspectives,and then makes strategic choices and prospects with Chinese characteristics for cognitive domain warfare under the new situation from the perspective of contemporary national interests.
