创伤后应激障碍短程强化团体接纳承诺疗法干预方案的德尔菲法构建研究OACHSSCD

Objective To develop a systematic and standardized brief,intensive trauma-focused group acceptance and commitment therapy(T-F GACT)intervention program suitable for the Chinese cultural context.Methods Building upon a prior systematic review and integrating clinical practice for posttraumatic stress disorder,a preliminary version of the T-F GACT intervention program was drafted,using the acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)therapeutic model as the framework.The Delphi method was employed,involving two rounds of consultations with 17 experts in the field of ACT psychological counseling and therapy.The final version of the program was formulated after deliberation and refinement based on the expert feedback.Results The response rates for the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100％ and 94.12％,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.894 and 0.909,respectively.The coefficient of variation for all items ranged from 0 to 0.11.Kendall's W coefficients were 0.517(x2=764.427,P＜0.001)and 0.581(x2=779.306,P＜0.001),respectively.The importance scores for individual items ranged from 4.05 to 5.00 and 4.13 to 5.00 across the two rounds,with standard deviation ranges of 0-0.49 and 0-0.48,respectively.The final intervention program comprised five stages—starting phase,opening phase,focusing phase,exploring phase,and concluding phase—consisting of a total of 88 items.Conclusion The T-F GACT intervention program is scientifically sound,clinically practical,and operationally feasible.It can be used to guide symptom intervention and emotional regulation for trauma-related disorders in fast-paced occupational groups.
