云实属植物中化学成分的研究进展OA
Research progress on the chemical composition of Caesalpinia
云实属(Caesalpinia)植物的化学成分主要有卡萨烷型二萜及其生物碱、黄酮类、三萜类、木脂素、苯丙素和少量甾体.其中,卡萨烷型二萜和高异黄酮为该属植物特征性成分,卡萨烷型二萜因具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗菌等多种生物活性受到广泛关注.对 2020年以来从云实属中发现的化学成分及其生物活性进行综述,期望能对后续的研究提供参考.
The main chemical components of Caesalpinia include cassane diterpenoids and alkaloids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,lignans,phenylpropanoids and a small amount of steroids.Among them,cassane diterpenes and homoisoflavonoid are the characteristic components of Caesalpinia.Cassane diterpenoids have attracted extensive attention of related professionals due to their anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antibacterial and other biological activities.A review is provided on the chemical components and biological activities discovered from Caesalpinia since 2020,with the hope of providing reference for future research.
