有机硅整理剂对提高织物抗污耐磨性能的评价OA
Evaluation of silicone finishing agents on improving the anti-fouling and abrasion-resistant properties of fabrics
纺织品的抗污性能对提高服用和产业用体验有积极作用.使用两种不含氟的有机硅整理剂(DOWSIL™IE-8749、DOWSIL™IE-9100乳液),采用简单的浸渍和干燥法对不同织物进行表面改性处理,考察织物表面化学组成的改变,评价处理后织物的抗污性能.结果表明,整理剂成功负载在不同织物上,在织物上的优化负载量为3%左右,在此负载量下织物对水的接触角为135°~138°.处理后的织物对于不同液体污染物和泥污染都具有优良的抗污性能,耐污等级达到4~5级.而且这种抗污性在经过磨损、水洗、不同化学试剂处理后仍然能够保持,接触角仍然维持在128°左右,下降程度保持在7%以内,具有耐久性.
The anti-staining performance of textiles plays a positive role in enhancing the experience of apparel and industrial applications.Two fluorine-free organosilicon finishing agents(DOWSIL™ IE-8749 emul-sion and DOWSIL™ IE-9100 emulsion)were used to modify the surface of different fabrics through a simple dipping and drying method.The changes in the surface chemical composition of the fabrics were investigated,and the anti-staining performance of the treated fabrics was evaluated.The results showed that the finishing agents were successfully anchored on different fabrics,with an optimal loading amount of approximately 3%.At this loading level,the water contact angle of the fabrics reached 135°-138°.The treated fabrics exhibited excellent anti-staining performance against various liquid stains and mud contamination,with a soil resistance rating reaching level 4-5.Moreover,this anti-staining property remained stable after abrasion,washing,and treatment with different chemical reagents:the contact angle still remained around 128°,with a decrease of less than 7%,demonstrating durable performance.
