柔软整理影响尼龙染色织物增深效应因素分析OA

Analysis of factors influencing the deepening effect of nylon-dyed fabrics through softening finishing

为探究后整理工艺对尼龙染色织物颜色深度的影响,以酸性黑172和酸性黄GL染色尼龙织物为研究对象,通过正交实验优化硅油(L-F184)与蓬松柔软剂(E-390)的整理工艺,结合表面形貌、粗糙度及反射率分析其增深机理.结果表明,硅油整理剂的柔软效果优于蓬松柔软剂,增深效应也更加明显;整理后织物的K/S值最高提升19.6%,表面粗糙度Sa值从25.85 μm增加至31.85 μm,反射率整体下降(表明粗糙度增加导致光反射率降低),明度指标L*值也相应下降.此外,两种柔软剂均为低折射率液体,表面粗糙度增加与低折射率薄膜协同作用降低织物反射率产生增深效应.

In order to investigate the effect of finishing process on the color depth of nylon dyed fabrics,acid black 172 and acid yellow GL dyed nylon fabrics were taken as the research objects.The finishing pro-cesses of silicone oil(L-F184)and fluffy softener(E-390)were optimized through orthogonal experiments.The deepening mechanism was analyzed in combination with surface morphology,roughness and reflectance.The results showed that the softening effect of silicone oil finishing agent was better than that of fluffy soften-er,and the deepening effect was more obvious.After finishing,the K/S value of the fabric was increased by 19.6%,the surface roughness Sa value increased from 25.85 μm to 31.85 μm,and the reflectivity of the fab-ric showed a decreasing trend,which indicated that the increase of roughness led to the decrease of light re-flectivity,and the L* value of brightness index also decreased accordingly.In addition,both softeners were low refractive index liquids.The increase in surface roughness worked in synergy with the low refractive index film to reduce the fabric's reflectivity and produce a deepening effect.
