自分散亲水滑弹硅油HC-6092S的制备及应用性能OA

The self-dispersing hydrophilic elasticity smooth oil HC-6092S(hereinafter referred to as HC-6092S)was obtained by quaternary ammonization and polyurethane modification of polyether epoxy block sili-cone oil,and the physical and chemical indexes,stability and application performance of the silicone oil were compared with the commercially available classical samples.The results showed that HC-6092S had higher solids content and better stability,and in the application benchmark test,it had a better smoothness and elas-ticity hand feeling and shorter water absorption time on cotton fabrics.HC-6092S,as a self-dispersing sili-cone oil with high solid content,has good application stability,especially suitable for cotton and its blended fabrics,which can provides the fabrics a good hand feeling and hydrophilicity at a lower dosage.There will be no obvious color change,yellowing and also it does not affect the dry and wet rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the fabric after finishing at a high dosage.
