随着工业化进程的加速,高盐工业废水污染问题日益突出,对生态环境与人类健康构成严重威胁.电化学脱盐技术凭借操作简便、高效环保、运行灵活等优势,成为高盐废水深度净化极具前景的技术路径.从技术分类视角,系统综述了电驱动膜分离、电容去离子及电氧化等主流电化学脱盐技术的核心作用机制与应用实例,详细分析了各类技术的性能优势,并展望了其在工业废水处理(尤其是印染废水领域)的发展前景与面临的挑战.
With the acceleration of industrialization,the problem of pollution caused by high-salt industrial wastewater has become increasingly prominent,posing a serious threat to the ecological environment and hu-man health.Electrochemical desalination technology,with its advantages of simple operation,high efficiency and environmental protection,as well as flexible operation,has become a highly promising technical path for the deep purification of high-salt wastewater.From the perspective of technical classification,the core mecha-nisms of action and application examples of mainstream electrochemical desalination technologies such as electro-driven membrane separation,capacitive deionization,and electro-oxidation were systematically re-viewed.The performance advantages of each technology were analyzed in detail and their development pros-pects and challenges in industrial wastewater treatment,especially in the field of printing and dyeing wastewa-ter were looked forward to.
